Yoga mat care:
It is important to keep Yoga mats as clean as possible to prevent the growth of bacteria and residue, and to also help prevent stains.

• To keep Yoga mats sticky wash them once a week.  We recommend washing your mat down before its first use.
• Using a spray bottle or damp cloth clean Yoga mats and then wipe dry.  You may wish to add a few drops of Tea Tree Oil as a disinfectant and to keep your mat smelling fresh.
• If you are using soap or detergent, use the least amount as possible, as it will absorb into the mat and become slippery, especially once you start perspiring.
• These Yoga mats are NOT machine washable.
• Do not subject your mat to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
