Terms & Conditions


Regular Angel Sisters website orders will be shipped via Australia Post, both within Australia and overseas. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the checkout page. If you are in a hurry for your order, select the Express Post option (for postage within Australia), or contact us to let us know. We will always endeavour to get your order to you as fast as we can. Freight on bulk wholesale orders will be calculated and quoted on a case-by-case basis.


For online orders we accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. AMEX and Discover are accepted via PayPal accounts only. We use Eway as our secure payment gateway.

If you wish to pay by direct debit, personal cheque or money order, please do not submit your order online – instead contact us to confirm your order total and payment details. All orders paid by cheque will be shipped after the cheque has cleared.


If we make a mistake on your order, or if the product is faulty, please return it to us (in its original condition!) and we will gladly refund or exchange any item and pay any shippings costs. If it wasn’t our mistake, we will exchange or credit note any returned items, but sorry, we cannot refund any shipping costs. We think that’s fair and hope you do too. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Privacy Notice

The privacy of our customers is of utmost important to us. We do not wish to invade your privacy or abuse your trust, therefore we promise not to share, sell, lend, give away or otherwise distribute any personal information to any third parties. Personal data is only collected for the purposes of efficient and successful delivery of your ordered goods, and to confirm you are the valid user of a given credit card. We do not store customer’s credit card details.
